He was born on May 31, 1938, son of the late John and Mildred (Eiting) Blahnik. Chuck, along with his wife, Carmie, farmed in the town of Seymour for many years and later he ran a successful crop insurance agency. He was a member of St John's Catholic Church in Seymour, and was a past Lions Club Member and School Board member.
Dad had a passion for sales and the opportunity to meet people. He loved to travel the countryside and visit with his friends and customers. He had a smile that could light up a room and that smile charmed the wonderful caretakers he had in the final years and days of his life. But that smile shined brightest when the love of his life, Carmie, walked into the room.Survivors include his children,
