Harold Greene Green Bay Press-Gazette Greene, Harold A.Harold A. Greene, 60, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family.Harold was born on Dec. 7, 1950, in San Diego, Calif., the son of late Barbara Hudson and Lacey Greene. He was the second oldest of eight siblings.On July 28, 1984, he married Lori A. Blahnik in Green Bay, Wis. They celebrate 27 years of marriage this year.Harold spent part of his life as a traveling musician. Harold took great pride in his work as an Independent Contractor for FedEx for the last 7 years.Harold was very proud of his family and devoted to his wife. Harold was a lover of music; he enjoyed relaxing in his studio playing with his guitars, singing, and creating songs. Many days you would find him engrossed in playing his guitar and/or listening to his favorite music. He spent every Sunday morning listening to his favorite band, "The Beatles" on Beatle Brunch. Harold transformed his yard with his love for gardening, spending many days enjoying his garden and enthusiastically sharing it with everyone who stopped by.He is survived by his wife, Lori, Allouez; his son and grandson, Daniel and Carter Greene, Green Bay; daughter and son-in-law, Julia and Derrick Demerath, Green Bay; four brothers, David (Linda) Greene, Fond du Lac; Randy (Jody) Huggett, Sturgeon Bay; Phillip (Kim) Huggett, El Paso; John (Kerri) Huggett, Kewaskum; two sisters, Peggy (Jeff) Duncan, Panama City, Fla.; Diana (Brian) Fowler, North Carolina; and a very large extended family that loved him very much.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Joshua; grandmother and grandfather, Dorothy and George Hudson, "Mommo and Poppo"; father-in-law, Benjamin Bonno; brother, Dale Huggett; and sister, Nancy Jo Huggett.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 29, 2011, at Resurrection Catholic Parish in Green Bay. Bishop Robert Morneau will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial.Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 11. Burial to follow for immediate family. The Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home of Kellnersville is assisting the family with arrangements.
