Hi thank you for replying to my email, I know so little about the Blahnik family but I will tell you what I have. Wenzel Wachal Jr. born 28 Mar 1855-and his sister Maria Wachal (My great grandmother) born 17 Feb 1864 were born in Hrichovice. Their parents were Wenzel Wachal Sr and Eva Sykora from the Domalize area. Wenzel Sr's parents were Simon Vachal from Borice and Maria Blahnik. Simon died 24 November 1836 in Hrichovice Maria Blahnik died prior to 1864. Wenzel Jr's godparents are listed as Margaretha and Joseph Blahnik. If I find anymore information I will let you know. I just received an email concerning the Vachal/Wachal surname and that is where I received the Blahnik name. Hope this makes sense, it can get confusing at time. Thanks again Patricia (Williams) VERN WILLIAMS [vern3824@@msn.com]

Growing up she worked at the Rainbow Gardens Amusement Park and Outdoor Theatre. Moved from Port Vue to Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA. During High Shcool Christmas break she worked at the Post Office. After High School she went into nurses training. At that time you weren't allowed to be married while training; so she left to be married. Worked as a waitress for a caterer for about 10 years until 1999.
