Joe enjoyed fishing, listening to music and spending time with his family and friends.He is survived by two daughters and two sons-in-law: Salina and Ryan Burtnett, Sturgeon Bay and Marisa and Ryan Jerabek, Kewaunee; his mother: Elaine O'Neil, Manitowoc; four grandchildren: Nolan, Griffin, Selma and Hurley; a brother and sister-in-law: Larry and Kathy O'Neil, Green Bay. Joe is further survived by nieces, other relatives and friends. Joe was preceded in death by his dad: Gerald O'Neil, and one daughter: Tivoli.Cremation has taken place at All-Care Cremation Center, Manitowoc. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 AM on Saturday, November 3, 2012 at the Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. Officiating at the memorial service will be the Rev.
