Tom married Doris Laes Aug. 16, 1980, in Nasewaupee.Tom was a lifetime member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Forestville, and the Black Ash Gun Club. He also belonged to the Ring-neck Pheasant Club and was a former member of the Algoma Lions Club.He is survived by his wife, Doris; his five stepchildren, Carl (Jody) Laes, Green Bay, Frank Laes, Green Bay, Lily (Rick) Krueger, Forestville, Christina (Chris) Massart, Algoma, and William Laes, Algoma; 13 step-grandchildren; his mother, Dorothy Holub-Heidmann, Algoma; four sisters, Jeanne (Rick) Meyers, Vacaville, Calif., Susan (Steve) Younk, Sussex, Wis., Shirley Holub, Eau Claire, Wis., and Karen (Scott) McDonald, Elk Grove, Calif.; nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his father, Roland.Friends may call at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Forestville, from 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 21, 2004, until the time of services at 11 a.m.. Brother of Donald, Doris, Margie, Gladys, RIchie and Arnie. He will also be missed by many other relatives and friends. Leonard was a retiree of Harnischfeger.
