Title: Naturalization Record

7/28/2011 I will have to get out all the Blahnik family info I have to confirm this but I am pretty sure the Frank you listed here born in 1850 is my great grandfather and probably the brother of Joseph born in 1855--although they could be cousins. Frank's daughter is probably the Annie Blahnik born in June of 1884. Joseph Chvala (born 1879) is definitely my grandfather and the fact that he was in a boarding house with a Frank Blahnik (son of Joseph) confirms my idea that Joseph 1855 and Frank 1850 are brothers. So this younger Frank (1875) is my grandmother Annie's cousin and my grandpa probably met her through Frank. We know that he was working in Ashland when he met my grandmother. And he worked in a sawmill and they owned boarding houses for the rest of their lives so they were doing things that were familiar them.So I will try to do a little family tree here and I will check this when I get home next week. So here is what I think:Joseph (1855) and Frank (1850) are brothers (maybe cousins).Annie (1884) is Frank's daughter (mother Josephine Voselka--I think--Josephine died when Annie was 16 and Frank remarried.)Annie Blahnik (1884) married Joe Chvala (1879)They had 6 children Frank, Ted, Beatrice, Belle, Joe and Jack. They lived in Medford, Tripoli, Prentice and finally Tomahawk.Jack (October 1925) married Mary Ann Severt (January 1927) from Merrill. They moved to Madison and had three children Charles (Dec. 1954) Joe (me--Feb. 1956) and Mary Pat (April 1954)Charles married Tracy Rebensdorf and had two children Ted (Dec. 1980--I think) and Jessica (Feb. 1982)Mary Pat married Dan Olivas and had two children Danielle (November 1992) and John (November 1994)I am single. I may be off by a year on all my nephews and nieces birth year.I also have information about all of my Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Unfortunately my Dad is the only one who is still alive. He is 85 and he is one of a kind--my Dad and my best friend. That is my best guess for now but I am pretty sure that Tom Blahnik and I figured out our connection and we have a bunch of documents and family trees to confirm it. I will get that all out when I get home and even if I can't make it to the reunion I will send you all the information I have. Thanks for all this info. My family will really enjoy reading all this.Joe
