He married (1) KATHARINA UNKNOWN3 October 23, 1759 in Kout (Kdyne) Bohemia4. She was born Abt. 17345, and died April 23, 1772 in Kout #33, Cz6,7. He married (2) MAGDALENA GIEZDA OR HWIEZDA July 03, 1775 in Kolovec8, daughter of JOHANN HWIEZDA. She was born Abt. 1750 in from Kolvec (Kolovec)9.

Fridrich (Fridericus, Bedrich) Blahnik born about
1738. He married two time. His first wife was Katharina unknown
surname. This first wedding was before 1769 because Fridrich with
his wife Katharina are recorded 1769 as godparents of Katharina
Apfelbeck. I found one child born in this first marriage - Magdalena
born 16th Apr 1772. Katharina died 7 days after daughter's birth -
23rd Apr 1772 by some epidemic.
Fridrich married again 3rd Jul 1775 in Kolovec to Magdalena daughter
of Johann Hwezda. I found 5 children from this marriage - Eva 1776,
Jakob 1777, Jakob 1779, Anna Marie 1781 and Magdalena 1784. Fridrich

She was born Abt. 1785 in Sedlice #8 Bystrice manor32.  Jakob was listed as Weaver in Kout #15 in 1853. 

Jakub Blahnik and Anna Kupsch had 8 children: Maria 1802, Marianna
1803, Katharina 1806, Anna 1808 + , Josef 1809, Anna 1811, Jan 1813
+ and Jan 1814.

Jan (1813) married 1841 to Maria Neidl. They had 6 children. Jan was
the smith in Radonice village.
Katharina married 1836 to Lorenz Kraus. I know about their 2 child -
Karel 1836 and Michael 1837 + 1855.

Jakub was at first daylabourer in manor's estate in Novy Dvur. Later
he owned the house number 5 in Novy Dvur - (not Nova Ves as I wrote in

John was born at #5 Kout - cottager from Sedlice.  He married Mary (Margaretha) Nejdl on February 16, 1841 in Stanetice # 32.  She was the daughter of Johann Neidel cottager from Stanetice # 32 and Margareth (Kugel) Kugl of Stanetice # 7, Kout manor.  John was a Smith in Radonice Village #43 Kout Manor, maybe later in Sedlice.  At the time of the 1880 census in Manitowoc he was listed as a Blacksmith, Wagon Maker.  He had two nephews, sons of his brother Joseph, who also immigrated to America.  Wenzel came to Wisconsin and his brother Joseph Hofman Blahnik went to New York

Passed on peacefully to our Lord at home on February 25, 2009. Lottie Blahnik born December 8, 1915 in Cooperstown, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Her family relocated to a farm in Spruce, Oconto County, Wisconsin, where she grew up. Graduated from Oconto Falls High School in 1933 and moved to Milwaukee in 1935. She met her future husband Arnold Leo Olson at the Eagles Club Ballroom in 1938. She married Arnie after he returned from Army service in India on June 16, 1945, in Salt Lake City, Utah. They settled in West Allis, Wisconsin where they lived most of their lives. Survived by best friend and husband, Arnold; sons Philip ((Julie Roznowski) and Gregory (Susan Down); grandsons Eric and Matthew; sister Elizabeth "Betty" and Chuck McNabb; and sister-in-law Lucille Blahnik; nieces, nephews and other dear family and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Wencel and Alvina (nee Cigler) Blahnik; brothers Edward (Mabel) Blahnik and Milton Blahnik. Longtime member of St. Matthias Parish (since 1955). Former employee of Allis Chalmers and Tri-Angle Drugs Pharmacy. She will be dearly missed. Elaine J. Rickaby, 78, Green Bay was born to eternal life on Thursday, April 26, 2012 after a courageous and dignified battle with Alzheimer's and Dementia. Elaine was born on April 16, 1934 the daughter of the late Albert and Clara (Blahnik) Pelishek. She was a graduate of Denmark High School with the class of 1953. On June 6, 1953 Elaine married Clifford "Bud" Rickaby and the couple enjoyed over 41 years together. Bud preceded her in death on February 15, 1995. She was employed at Pepsi Cola in De Pere for many years. Elaine then worked at Carver Boat in Pulaski as a Supervisor in the Fabrication Department. She loved spending time outside in her vegetable and flower garden and was a regular vendor at the Assumption BVM Garden Stand in Pulaski. In her spare time Elaine loved to knit, crochet and was always interested in reading a good book. Elaine also enjoyed cooking and she provided many wonderful treats for her family and friends. She had a soft spot for animals and never let a stray animal stay out in the cold, for they always had a home with her. Elaine was a caregiver at heart and she assumed a motherly role after the death of her parents and watched over her three brothers.

Elaine is survived by her three brothers and three sisters-in-law, Victor Pelishek and his special friend Diane Hardke, Green Bay; Leonard and Phyllis Pelishek, Mountain; Albert "Al" and Rosie Pelishek, Green Bay; Nettie Eiting, De Pere. She is further survived by several Godchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Gathering of family and friends will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 6397 County Hwy NN in New Denmark. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. at church with Fr. Ronald Columbo officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. -

Christine A. Loberger, 97, Green Bay, died late Sunday evening, Feb. 27, 2011, at a local nursing home. Born in New Denmark, on Nov. 11, 1913, she is the daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Kapinos) Blahnik. Christine married Urban Loberger in July of 1934, in the Town of New Denmark and he preceded her in death on May 30, 1999. The couple resided in Niagara Falls, N.Y., for many years where Christine was employed as a home health care attendant with Upjohn Health Care. After moving to Green Bay in April of 1986, she worked with Brown County Commission on Aging, retiring in 1993. Christine was a member of St. Willebrord Parish. She will be remembered as a wonderful cook, both for her family and within the various jobs she held over the years. Christine enjoyed playing cards, visiting with family and friends and while at Bornemann Nursing Home, she also enjoyed crafts and playing BINGO.

She is survived by three daughters, Irene (Steve) Lechner, Green Bay; Dolores (Lester) Valenta, Maribel; and Janet Harvey, Phoenix, Ariz.; two sons, Ronald Loberger and Gerald Loberger, both of Green Bay; further survived by 11 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
Christine was also preceded in death by one son, Kenneth and two sisters, Clara Pelishek and Lillian Pelishek.

Michael Kupsh Jr., age 79, formerly of Kellnersville, passed away on Sunday afternoon, January 30, 2011, at the Manitowoc Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mike was born on March 15, 1931, in the town of Franklin, Manitowoc, County, son of the late Michael and Anna (Kopidlansky) Kupsh Sr. Mike was a Korean Army Veteran entering the service in 1953 and served with the Tank Co. 22nd Infantry in Germany. On August 11, 1956, Mike married the former Carol Kvitek at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kellnersville. Together the couple owned and operated Kupsh�s Store and Tavern in Menchalville for many years. Mike was also employed with Burger Boat and the Invincible for many years until his retirement. He was a lifetime member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, a lifetime member of Kubale-O�Connell VFW Post #6179 of Kellnersville and the KBA (Kellnersville Betterment Association). Mike enjoyed driving his race car, fishing, woodworking, polka music, the Green Bay Packers, antique cars, farm equipment, and collecting toy tractors. Most of all, Mike enjoyed his Kingsbury, cigars, and socializing (BS�ing).

Mrs. Dale (Kathleen M.) Hutterer, age 56, of 502 Pine St,. Kellnersville, died on Sunday morning, Oct. 28, 2007, at her residence surrounded by her family after a one-and-a-half-year battle with cancer.

The former Kathy Blahnik was born on Dec. 18, 1950, in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Clarence and Julia Decker Blahnik. Kathy grew up in Kellnersville and was a 1969 graduate of Reedsville High School. Kathy attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and the Bellin College of Nursing. On Dec. 28, 1973, Kathy was married to Dale Hutterer at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kellnersville. Kathy worked at Shopko for 18 years until illness forced her retirement. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the KBA (Kellnersville Betterment Association) of which she was on the board of directors and was their secretary, secretary for the Kellnersville Housing, and in the past she was the secretary for the homeschool of St. Joseph Catholic Grade School. In 1997 Dale and Kathy received the Lakeshore All Sports Hall Of Fame Achievement\Appreciation Award From The Kellnersville Betterment Association. In her free time, Kathy enjoyed sewing, quilting, reading, playing beanbags and watching her children and grandchildren play sports.

 Lonnie A. Lemberger, age 70, formerly of 10123 Fisherville Road, Maribel, died early on Tuesday morning, July 24, 2007, at the Manitowoc Health Care Center, where he had been a resident for several years.

Lonnie was born on Oct. 10, 1936, in the town of Maple Grove, son of the late George and Alice Blahnik Lemberger. He graduated in 1954 from Reedsville High School, enlisted in the U.S. Air Force on Nov. 4, 1954, and was discharged on Sept. 3, 1958. Lonnie was married to Judith A. Depotie on Nov. 18, 1967, at St. Luke Catholic Church, Two Rivers. She preceded him in death on May 20, 2001. Lonnie worked for Hamilton Manufacturing in Two Rivers and retired in the early 1990s due to illness. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. He was an avid collector of antique tractors, steam and gas engines, and loved to tinker.

Survivors include one son: David Lemberger, Manitowoc; one daughter: Lonette Lemberger, Holland, Mich.; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Garry (Linda) Lemberger, Reedsville; William (Judi) Lemberger, Luxemburg; two brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Duaine (Ruth) Depotie, Hardwood, Mich.; Alfred (Eloda) Depotie, Franklin; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive. Ed graduated from Univ. of Wisconsin - Stout with a BS and MS in Industrial Arts Education. He taught drafting & design for five years at Schofield H.S. (WI) and 31 years at KVCC. Married 41 years, Ed is survived by his wife, Claudia; two sons, Robert (Melinda) Blahnik of Warsaw, IN and Jerome Blahnik of Grand Haven, MI; one sister, Bonnie (Mike) Vieau of DePere, WI; and niece, Amy Vieau. Ed was a dedicated family man who enjoyed exploring the outdoors, especially fishing and canoeing, during numerous family trips. A jack of many trades, he built two homes for his family and the cabin where he enjoyed much of his retirement.

Mr. Blahnik was born Jan. 1, 1928 in Manitowoc, Wisc., a son of Edward and Elizabeth Leiterman Blahnik. He married Bobbe Soletski, Dec. 30, 1943 in Denmark, Wisc.

Bernard graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration, and was also a graduate of the Purdue University Professional Management Institute. He joined Modern Woodmen of America in 1957 and became manager of Modern Woodmen�s Illinois Northwest agency in 1964. Bernard served on the Society�s board of directors from 1990 to 1993 and retired as agency manager in Jan. 1999.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He was a member of the City of Rock Island Liquor Commission, the Rock Island Arsenal Golf Club and was Chairman of the Board of the Calvary Cemetery Assn. He served a number of years as president of the Parents Club of the Villa de Chantel, Rock Island. Bernard loved his family and was fond of animals. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and enjoyed boating.

Harold A. Greene, 60, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2011, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family.
Harold was born on Dec. 7, 1950, in San Diego, Calif., the son of late Barbara Hudson and Lacey Greene. He was the second oldest of eight siblings.
On July 28, 1984, he married Lori A. Blahnik in Green Bay, Wis. They celebrate 27 years of marriage this year.
Harold spent part of his life as a traveling musician. Harold took great pride in his work as an Independent Contractor for FedEx for the last 7 years.
Harold was very proud of his family and devoted to his wife. Harold was a lover of music; he enjoyed relaxing in his studio playing with his guitars, singing, and creating songs. Many days you would find him engrossed in playing his guitar and/or listening to his favorite music. He spent every Sunday morning listening to his favorite band, "The Beatles" on Beatle Brunch. Harold transformed his yard with his love for gardening, spending many days enjoying his garden and enthusiastically sharing it with everyone who stopped by.
He is survived by his wife, Lori, Allouez; his son and grandson, Daniel and Carter Greene, Green Bay; daughter and son-in-law, Julia and Derrick Demerath, Green Bay; four brothers, David (Linda) Greene, Fond du Lac; Randy (Jody) Huggett, Sturgeon Bay; Phillip (Kim) Huggett, El Paso; John (Kerri) Huggett, Kewaskum; two sisters, Peggy (Jeff) Duncan, Panama City, Fla.; Diana (Brian) Fowler, North Carolina; and a very large extended family that loved him very much.
